Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices listed
on the web site include Credit Card fees. Alternatively pay
by cheque or postal orders made payable to Diamond Designs.
Please write your address and cheque card details on the back
of your cheque. Orders will be processed when full payment
is received.
Delivery Information
Deliveries to Irish addresses are €4.50 for 1 garment,
plus €1 for each additional garment. (Max €9) For
delivery outside the Republic of Ireland please contact
us on 00 353 42 974 6333. Garments in stock at the time
of your order will be delivered in two working days. If an
item is not in stock please allow 4 weeks for delivery. Your
order will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Stock Levels
We stock support our most popular tunics. Please contact
us on 00 353 42 974 6333 for information on stock levels
before ordering. On our stock clearance items we only offer
these prices white stocks last.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to
us for an exchange or full refund.* Goods must be returned
unworn and unwashed within 14 days of despatch. Items that
have been made to a client's specification cannot be returned.
We recommend garments be returned by registered post as security
for yourself. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse carriage.
There is no refund on stock clearance items.
Embroidery

Care Of Your Garments
All of our garments are made from Pontella™: A revolutionary
actif bi-stretch fabric. Pontella™ is anti-perspirant
and non-crease. All garments are machine-washable and should
be washed at a 40° C and then hung to dry. This fabric
is almost dry when it is removed from the washing machine
and will only need to be hung for a short while before it
is completely dry. As Pontella™ is non-crease ironing
is not necessary. However if you want to iron the garment
do so on a cool setting and turn the garment inside out to
avoid shine marks on the fabric.
